Makeway interview questions

I had a “coffee” virtual interview with the CD. He was very nice, he gave me a good first impression of what the agency would be like. I was told there were a lineup of interviews they needed to go through, and that I would hear back within a week or two. It has been almost a month and I never heard back from them. I found out through their social media pages that they hired someone else for the position I interviewed for and they did not let me know. I don’t find it professional when agencies ghost on potential candidates. I wish them the best.
