Was very straight forward. Sign up online, received a phone call and set up an interview. Was a casual chat for 20 minutes talking about my life/experience and why I was attracted to the company. Received offer a few days later.

3-person panel, discuss education, work ambition, and strengths/weaknesses. Tell them stories about working hard and long with a little bit of extra-curricular activities. It wasn't hard, what was hard was the job and people.
