Harsh, messy, unfair, the receptionist confiscated phone and resume. Had to do a quiz after that. Math test. Math test is subjective - different people do equations differently. I do BODMAS, she may not. interviewer didn't seem to know what was in the 10 page form I had to fill out. Kept questioning things only cause she couldn't understand them herself. Example: Select one of the options to provide proof of eligibility to work in Australia. Options were Au Citizen Passport, Nz Citizen Passport, au birth cert, nz birth cert, international passport with visa sticker, Visa grant document. I chose Visa Grant Document as that was the document i brought with me. She questioned it and asked "Are you a permanent resident or do you have a permanent visa?". it's the same thing! Another question gave me the option to (paraphrased) "do not contact this employer unless a position is being offered". She asked me why don't i want her to contact my employer. I said you can, but only after you offer me the position. I MADE her read the line over and over again. I don't think she understood. She was very rude, condescending and wasn't interested at all. Her attitude was enough to put people off.
