Applied online. I was emailed the next day. Went into a temporary office (hadn't opened yet) for an interview with the GM. Normal interview questions and the interview itself was super casual. Went in for an orientation and started training the week before grand opening.
they asked if you had experience and if you were able to provide prove of TABC. other than that it was straightforward and easy to get offer and and and and
said there was open positions then went back on it, told me to check back in a month even though they claimed i was guaranteed to start there the next day.

N/A didn’t ask me questions just set up a schedule. Everything was pretty straightforward. Nothing else. The process to get the job took about a week. Don’t be nervous. Just be confident like you want to get a job.
