Not going to lie, it was on the harder end of the interview spectrum.
You get contacted for a phone screen, if you pass that, you move onto two, one hour, panel interviews with two people each.
The first interview is the technical interview, where they test your knowledge on email Support, and you better be ready because it's intense. They'll ask you everything from drawing up a diagram of the email process, what DNS records are, DKIM/SPF Authentication, IP Warming, etc.
The second interview is on the complete opposite end of the spectrum, and is the most relaxed interview I've ever had. It's definitely the culture fit side of things. They go through your resume, ask you general stuff, but they're more interested in getting to know YOU rather than getting to know your former employers. This was the best part of the interview, it felt nice to talk with people who genuinely cared & weren't afraid to open about themselves in the process.
Overall, I'll apply again in the future when the time is right and I feel good about getting this position, but overall, A1 interview ya'll, keep it up.
