Interview
Hiring Process includes an online written objective test and a composite technical/HR interview.
Test :
consists of following sections.
Technical (50 Q's-110 marks)- questions on basics of JAVA,.NET,OS,Networking,Database(Oracle) . Mostly easy.Very few tricky.
Logical Reasoning (40 Q's-20 marks)- quite simple. just have focus on.
Quantitative Aptitude (20 Q's-10 marks)- Easy.
English Verbal ability (20 Q's-10 marks)- Easy though few tricky ones.
Marathi Verbal ability (20 Q's-10 marks) - Easy if you know marathi.Else, practicing basics of language for a week could make it easy.
Total 130 Q's for 150 marks with 120 mins in hand.
deduction of 1/4th of marks assigned to each question for wrong answer.
Best bet will be trying to solve ALL technical Q's first and then move on to easiest sections of the remaining.
Interview :
Lasts for 10-15 mins.
