Very streamlined. Started with a screening call with HR, then to the hiring manager. Call was detailed and conversational. Laid out the entire interview process from that point and provided opportunities to ask question about the few areas not covered organically in discussion. Follow-up interview with the team let me get to know each member a bit and ask/answer questions with all members.
