Magnotta Winery interview questions

Applied online. Had a telephone interview. Two days later was called in for an in-person interview. Interview was with the Assistant Store Manager. I was asked basic questions. Called in for a second interview with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager. Asked more in-depth questions (i.e. What would you do if you caught a co-worker stealing, how would you handle the situation and what steps would you take?). Didn't hear anything for two weeks. Then the Assistant Manager called asking me for references and to complete a police clearance. After about another three days I was asked to come in for the offer. Process took in total about a month.
