I applied online. I interviewed at Magnolia Audio-Video
Interview
Round table, relatively laid back. Multiple regional managers in the room. Corporate feel, seems rather clique driven. They often promote from within. Don't expect to get the job based on qualifications.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Strengths and weaknesses and how you handled customers
Went well. Would have to move to San Diego, CA from Wichita, KS. Not sure if it would be worth the cost of living and quality of life change for a commission based job.

Describe a time when you went above and beyond for a customer and what was their end result?
I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Magnolia Audio-Video (Lafayette, LA) in Feb 2016

I sat with the General Manager where I was asked a series of standard questions in my experience in the audio/video industry. I was then informed that as a premium dealer, we are responsible for speaking to the influence and history of each brand that we have to offer to speak to the value of them.
