Interview
Interviewed by a team of 3 people: 2 engineers and 1 manager. It began with a quick summary and and demonstration of the project which they will be undertaking. They asked my opinions on the project and a discussion to reflect on the readings and research I have done on the topic. I was asked several questions about how I function in a team or group environment, specifically using examples of my academic engineering group projects. I also received a tour of the plant.
