I really appreciated the interview process. There were 3 parts in total. The initial interview consisted of self recorded 4 minute video segments answering questions provided ahead of time. I think this was a great way to start off and provided a stress free way to be thoughtful of your responses instead of being put on the spot. Part 2 was an project submission. Final round was a meeting with the Director of the department and separately with other members of the team.
