Magic Hat Consulting is really interested in where you worked before and getting leads from you with respect to your previous boss and org structure. i got the feeling that they bring everyone in to draw out as much information form you about your previous employer. I was professional, dressed well and presented well. In the two month period looking for work, I was contacted three times with potential position's. Non resulted in client interviews.
