Easy, meet with multiple people. I applied, part two was to schedule a date to go to the office and take a test. A few days later, I was contacted for a two hour interview with different levels of the company.

They have a written test and an interview . The written test includes tech, math and writing.

You come in for the competency test first. If you are invited to this step it means that you filled out their initial online application saying that you are fairly proficient in the areas that they are looking for, This information must be accurate in order for you to pass their competency test.

Interview
Pretty simple application. Went in to complete technical SQL knowledge test. Had some random what if scenarios.
Sat down for 10 minutes with some workers and discussed position. Waiting on second interview with VP & Pres. Environment seems great!
