I applied through other source. I interviewed at Madrivo (Boise, ID) in Dec 2025
Interview
The interview process with Madrivo was very professional and what I expected for the most part. It was a five part interview.
1. Screening Call
2. Zoom interview with would be manager (I really liked Asia!)
3. Zoom interview with Peer
4. Zoom interview with Head of People
5. Zoom interview with CEO
The part that makes this a more neutral experience is the response to me after, or lack there of. I had all these interviews during late November and into December with the last one with the CEO the week before Christmas week.
I had no expectation that I would hear from them until after the holidays (sometime the week of Jan 5th), but thought I would for sure as all interviews went well, I have prior experience in the affiliate industry, etc..
I did reach out to Jessica the hiring manager letting her know that I beforehand that I had 2 other jobs I was looking at and expecting offers from. This was because I wanted to be transparent and give them option to fight for me if they wanted to.
I did end up accepting a different offer even though I really wanted to work here although I am glad now. As I still haven't heard from them and my last interview was almost a month ago and with the CEO! From any professional company, after going through five interviews I would at least expect an email at the very minimum saying they went into another direction. This is poor form and makes me glad I went a different direction. No fault of anyone I did interviews with but the hiring manager needs to be more on top of what is going on.

Question 1
There is a lot of fire here and can be some friction between teams. How do you handle a situation in which you need something from another colleague while they don't think it's necessary and may ignore you.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Madrivo in Jun 2025
Interview
Applied online, then a 10-15min screening call, then 1hr meeting with SVP of operations & the hiring lead, which was the bizops & ad ops manager . I was set to have an interview with the director after the svp & manager of operations, but they offered the role to an internal candidate! Questions in the interviews focused on culture fit & personality, like what would your past managers or peers say about you + strengths/weaknesses. They also asked behavioral questions. I really enjoyed the ease of the interview and how transparent they were each step of the way.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Madrivo (Raleigh, NC) in Jul 2021
Interview
Super smooth process. They were inviting, accommodating and respectful. I felt like they weren't trying to trick me rather really get to know me. As long as you know the space and have a strong book of business you have a shot. I got the job!
