3-stage interview process that started with the corporate HR Manager, then the Sr. Leadership managers who I would report to directly. Candid, transparent interviews over a 2-week period that resulted in a job offer the following day of last interview.

The interview process was protracted and inefficient with people directly involved in the role but a great deal of others who were not-more than seemed reasonable. HR head seemed strange and disconnected during meeting with her. Felt the meeting went fine but felt somehow unwelcome, cursory.
