This interview was a nice straight forward process. Very easy behavioral questions. Took place in a mall by the store manager and lasted about 15-20 minutes. I was asked a series of about 5 questions and related it to my experience.
Straightforward questions about interest in the position and past experiences related to the role. Preferred retail experience but was willing to work with people and train for visual merchandising. I went in person and met with the store manager,

Group interview! Was not expecting that ... we were five people and had to answer by turns. the entire interview took 45 minutes for all of us- it means less than 10 minutes each... how can they evaluate any of us for that role? I think it's weird and a bit disrespectful...
