I had to come in for two different interviews with two people. One with a manager and one with the store director. It was a little excessive for a position that paid $11.50 an hour.
The interview process was easy and quick and I got the job the same day. It was very simple and lasted about 15 minutes. I met the store director at the store.
They just asked you to talk about yourself and more about the experience you have. They go more into detail by giving you scenarios on how you would deal with a customer.
