Interviews are conducted in an empty part of the restaurant during the day. The manager asks you some questions about what you do, why you want to work there, why you left your previous job, etc. It wasn't very difficult, mostly they want to understand what sort of person you are and if you'd be a good fit and do your job and get along with customers well.

Super nice and relaxed. Filled out application then interviewed right after. Hired on the spot. The manager went over tips and process of training. Training is 5 days with a food quiz at the end

Interview
I was called the day after my online application was submitted. I was interviewed at my earliest convenience by the assistant manager, and came back the next day to have my final interview with the GM. I had a great and positive outlook from the interview process.
