Macy's Sales Associate Part Time, Seasonal interview questions

Very easy going. Only interviewed with one individual, and she was very nice about the situation. Asked me about 7 behavioural questions. They were pretty standard and were nothing complicated. I was offered the job on the spot.

The interview process consisted of a telephone interview. I was asked about my work experience as well as a series of questions about how I would handle certain customer situations. At the end of the interview I was offered a job and advised that I would be required to attended one full day or two half day training sessions.
