I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Macy's (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2015
Interview
Phone interview was very brief. Probably about 7 questions, mostly checking if i understand the job. Later that week invited in for the in person interview. A lot more standard interview questions there. Lots of tell me about a times. Then interview with a higher executive which had some of the same questions, lots of questions about policies and previous jobs.

Question 1
Tell me about a group success, tell me about working independently, tell me about a rule you didn't like.
Fairly easy, more conversation like. Asked traditional interview questions such as how to de-escalate tense situations, tell me about yourself, weaknesses and strengths, tell me about a time when you witnessed something that was wrong and what did you do, where do you see yourself in five years, etc.
Face to Face interview. Key tips to have experience and be confident in your ability to meet the job requirements. Do your homework on what is required and having previous CCTV experience is definitely a plus
