Interview was one on one. The interviewer was little late, but she was very nice. Got an offer after the interview.
Example of questions:
How would you react if a customer started yelling at you randomly?
If you placed in a different department that you were unfamiliar with, what would you do?
What would you say is excellent customer service?

Answer first question starting with One recorded video and then followed up with multiple recorded responses to additional questions. Pretty simple and straightforward. Dress up on the top and wear whatever on the bottom.
Was an easy phone interview that only took a couple of minutes. I was only asked maybe 3 questions at most. Questions were sales experience, job history, and what I can work
