As an internal candidate with manager approval it was a very professional and pleasant process. Approval by one's current manager via an online form is critical and then an online application is completed. You are contacted by the point person for the specific position if they offer you an interview. I interviewed with the Store Manger and then with two regional executives. It was another week before they offered me the position and then a few more days negotiating salary.

Interviewed with store managers and most of the questions were routine. Interviewed with two store managers. One was the more of the "good cop" and the other the "bad cop"
It is a two part process. So be prepared to stay a while. They are very professional and timely. You will be interviewed by two different people. Make sure you're familiar with the acronym MYMACYS.

I came to appointment on exact date ,30 minutes earlier. So I have time to concentrate.Exactly at 10.00 a.m.manager called me.I have apply for the position on line and have all communication with automatic system ,but not with somebody personally.Above mentioned manager checked out my personal data on computer and an appointment starts with greetings and introduction and routine answers.
