Interview
The interview was really easy just standard questions. But the interviewer keep pointing out that I was a GIRL and that he had MORE GUYS to interview that week. The interview went really well and since I had already worked at another Macy's for a year in a similar position I was confident I would get the job. However an hour later I got an email telling me I didn't fit the requirements for the position.
Pretty easy, nothing crazy. Basic questions. Asked if I had any experience with retail and customer service. After the background check you’re good to go. Management isn’t the best but it’s alright.

Dress professional and stay confident, they just want to get to know you. The interview was easy. It was just a conversation the human resources has with you to see if you are a fit for the position.
The interview included a typing test and basic behavioral questions. There were some scenario based questions and questions about previous work experience and education. Overall a straightforward and simple interview process
