It was via telephone which was a new technique they were trying at the time. They told me whether or not I was hired or not immediately after the interview which was helpful.

Name one time you saw a coworker acting dishonestly. What did you do about it?
Pretty easy, nothing crazy. Basic questions. Asked if I had any experience with retail and customer service. After the background check you’re good to go. Management isn’t the best but it’s alright.

Interview
Dress professional and stay confident, they just want to get to know you. The interview was easy. It was just a conversation the human resources has with you to see if you are a fit for the position.
The interview included a typing test and basic behavioral questions. There were some scenario based questions and questions about previous work experience and education. Overall a straightforward and simple interview process
