I did a walk-in job interview during the hiring job fair. I applied for the job on their computer kiosk. Then they put me in for an interview on the same day.

Interview
In mid-November, I applied for the seasonal retail sales associate at Macy's. Twelve days later, I was set to interview for the position inside Macy's General Offices.
I checked in at the front desk, told them who I was and what I was here. They were very friendly, and asked me to fill out interview session questions on a clipboard, and to take a seat near the new hire computers.
I filled out the piece of paper and turned it when I was done. After waiting for my turn, I was interviewed one on one.
After basic questions, I was set to start training four days later.

Answer first question starting with One recorded video and then followed up with multiple recorded responses to additional questions. Pretty simple and straightforward. Dress up on the top and wear whatever on the bottom.
Was an easy phone interview that only took a couple of minutes. I was only asked maybe 3 questions at most. Questions were sales experience, job history, and what I can work
