It was a fairly simple process. The interviewer was friendly and the interview itself was very relaxed. The questions were easy enough and if you do your homework and check sites like this one and others, you will find generally all the same questions asked. Just make sure you have your answers ready and think of some questions to ask of the company or maybe of the interviewer him/her self.

Applied online and received an e-mail to set up an interview within that same week. Showed up on the scheduled day and waited in HR until I was called on, the interview went okay. A lot of behavioral questions since they wanted someone who'd step in and work as a cashier at times.

Lady who interviewed me was 20 minutes late. Very polite but seemed biased since I had no experience. I tried to answer her questions with what she wanted to hear and match my sills to the jobs required skills.
