The process began with a recruiting company. I was invited to an in-person interview where there were 5 people Interviewing — 3 were the associate team, 1 the executive director, and the general manager. The “Associate team” were very young people who seem to have zero clue about what to ask. All throughout the interview they kept looking and poking at each other to try one another to come up with questions. Overall, I thought it was unprofessional. The general manager was nice overall. The executive director was also nice but seem to just try to kill time. The whole interviewing team was unprepared and had no questions planned to ask for them to get at “x” point. The experience felt like a total waste of time and disrespect of my time as I prepared myself well. The company seems very nice. But the impression I got from the staff professionally was less than optimal. The job itself seems to very monotonous so, if you’re someone who seeks for interesting, intriguing, innovated projects, this is NOT your job.
