Directors have no design knowledge. Does NOT ask design questions. Rely only on psychometric assessment which does NOT test any design skills and knowledge. Totally useless. UX design is not matured and no Head of Design who can lay a strong foundation for the company. Did NOT ask about design portfolio; I’ll have to tell and show them. Macquarie should have better sense on how to interview and hire strong designers. I’m sure they have designers who are keen to learn but no one to look up to.
