Macmillan interview questions

Friendly people, i felt heard and comfortable. At the end of my first interview I was told i would hear back the following week if i progressed to the next stage, however, no one got in touch. I felt that was very unprofessional. Letting the candidates know where they stand should be a priority. I felt let down as i thought more of this company.
