Hiring by referral only from trusted sources. There is an initial interview where you get to know each other and get a sense of how you would work together. You talk about your experience, competencies, abilities and interests. Once you pass the initial interview, you take a "whole person" online personality assessment, just like he gives to his clients for personal development or to companies for recruiting. Then there is a second interview based on the assessment results. It's really supportive because he asks you to verify how the results describe your primary motivators you must satisfy to be happy and fulfilled in life, and the personality descriptions like the value you bring to the company. Then he goes over some of his own test results and we talk about how we would work well together and places where we would likely have conflict and how to handle this If things go well, you talk about your requirements for work, pay and play.
