Haphazard, was asked to take a personality test and sign an NDA with no expiration date before interviewing. Was asked to map out how to move a product forward with budget and headcount as well as client approval. Was then given no guardrails on what type of product view -- Tech, Marketing, GTM, etc -- to convey so I mapped out phases and broad buckets with deliverables. Was later told I was at advertising agency producer more than a product person. Was then asked to advise on the project at an hourly rate. If you are asked to interview with a designer I would run for the hills. Unless you're a designer. But I think you see what a circus the interview was, right?
