Over the phone, no visual so was a bit intimidating just speaking to a blank phone with no gauge of reactions. Just question and answer not conversational at all. Was with one person from recruiting. 30 mins long. competency and interest based. KNOW THE BASICs - i failed in this because i over complicated it in preparation so skipped over basic stuff.
