I was called after HR found my resume online. I went in for an interview and it was very informal. I interviewed with two people that were in the department I was interviewing for. The interviewers skipped a lot of the questions because they didn't like them. I felt like they were really laid back and just wanted to see your personality and what knowledge you knew. They also gave me a tour of the lab, which I found to be very helpful and interesting. It gave me a good feel for the company.

The entire interview process took about an hour to complete. They asked a wide variety of questions. Once done with questions, they described the position, pay, hours, and benefits. It ended with a few of the lab work area.
