I had the most awful experience of my 20-year career during an interview at this place. Being from another city, I only agreed to attend after discussing my current salary and expected salary with them. Despite knowing that they wouldn't cover my travel expenses, I spent around 10k to attend the interview. Upon arrival, they only asked for my payslip, even though they had instructed me over the phone to bring a set of attested copies of all credentials and originals. It became clear that their only intention was to find out my salary and negotiate until I was completely squeezed. The entire interview focused solely on salary expectations, which was incredibly irritating and frustrating for someone with experience. Attending this interview was a huge mistake, and I ended up wasting my time and money. I strongly advise against attending their face-to-face interviews, as it will be a complete waste of time.
