Had the interview back in 2018, first round phone interview with HR recruiter, Second is in-person interview with hiring manager, then the last round is panel interview with team member, another manager, and Managing Director. Pretty much going through experiences on resume and some behavioral questions.

Applied directly with CV. 3 weeks later was invited for an interview that would take place 2.5 weeks from that date. It was very clear from the get go that they dont want to recruit people who know what they are talking about and will challenge the status quo. The 2 managers who interviewed me made it very clear the company was currently in shambles and use a manual process for everything. As you can imagine this was not appealing at all.
