3 stage process with desk head, CEO and HR.
No finance related questions, all personal. He thinks he is somewhat of a phycology guru and his favorite question being "would someone want to sit next to you at a dinner party?" Whoever would get a seat next to him would be bored out of their brain..
Went for a graduate event, had some games where they will give you a token if they like you. Followed by interview with CEO, then head of sales. Required you to have desk observation and interact with the salespersons

Group interview with other candidates and given a scenario to discuss how to prioritize a list of items for survival on an island. Mangement will observe the interactions between candidates and progress candidates based on their assesment

very short interview of 15mins. interviewer was Ray winters that was condescending. Probably did not saw my CV before asking me down for interview. It was a waste of time.
