Standard question and response. Talked about the details of the quarterly close process, monthly reporting, and other deliverables. Interviewed with the managing director and senior fund controller. Many contributions and distributions from the partnership and cash movement in the different structure.

The process included a first stage interview with the hiring manager, followed by a second stage with a member of senior management. Finally a final stage with HR. All stages tend to move quickly.

Interview
Interviewed through a recruiter, was very relaxed and pleasant interview, asked about different accounting standards and what i did in previous roles. Competency questions were asked later in a HR interview.
