The lead recruiter viewed the process as "5 rounds" but it was really more like 3. There was an initial screening which consisted of an aptitude test and an initial conversation with the recruiter. After that I had two zoom calls, one with the IT manager and one with the Director. Afte r that it was an on-site interview to meet the team. The duration of the process was only 2 weeks.
