You first apply, then write an assement test, then there's a virtual group case study interview and immediately after that you present a topic given to you to HR and after that you have a HR interview (introduce yourself, Why MTN, what do you know about MTN.....) then you do a psychometric survey then the final interview with HR and senior managers (use STAR method to answer them)
