Easy only a few questions that were fairly easy to answer. Basic interview questions that most jobs ask you to answer. Don't lose sleep prepping for it. Just practice the basics

Question 1
Tell us about yourself and experience in education
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MSD Washington Township Schools (Indianapolis, IN) in Aug 2013
Interview
Semi-Casual. I was asked about lessons that I was proud of in my previous work. We talked about which bad words we were supposed to let fly(B-word, A-word etc..) and which ones were not ok(N-Word, F-word, Sexual Orientation etc..). We talked about how me being a male and large would be a good reason to put me into that roll until a new role opened(because turnover was anticipated, and it did. I was hired in within a month). Orientation was essentially a packet with "ideas" to keep students busy.

Interview
Brief interview consisting of a handful of questions and briefly describing yourself. The main things they look for is your passion to be a bus driver and a clean driving record. Once hired, they train you from the ground up to become a certified bus driver and help you get your class B Driver's License. They also pay you a little for the training you go through.
