Interview
I was very happy with this interview. It was very organised, people (the ones who mattered, anyway) seemed to pay attention, and care what I was saying and doing. First I had a surprising phone call after their system had rejected my application, where usual HR questions were asked. Then we proceed to schedule an online interview, where I had to prepare a presentation about my work. The hiring people were very polite, engaged and interested. Asked a lot of questions and seemed very interested. After 1 month of waiting, I finally got invited to their office, after solving a take-home assignment, for a presentation regarding my proposed solution and a live code interview. Again, this was very pleasant, people were engaged and wanted to really understand how I thought and solved problems. Both the take home and the live code problems were of easy/average difficulty. This phase lasted 1hour30min.

It was fast because I didn’t go through the 2nd interview, it is as all the other processes but they don’t really follow up so I think they should have a more personal approach
I completed the interview process and was informed that I had been selected. However, the offer was never released, and I was later told that the position was no longer applicable.
