With HR is just a phonecall, but then they have you do a meeting on site to understand the job and then they make you do a panel interview and bootcamp with other two candidates.

they miscommunicated the interview process horrendously by inviting me to interview via workday then never contacting me the details and leaving me in the dark despite me contacting them multiple times
