Very good communication from HR throughout the interview process. Interviewers would very openly talk about the company and were happy to answer all questions. I would happily recommend applying for any jobs in the company.

What is your knowledge of the regulatory change process?
There were several technical questions regarding the role. Apart from that, there were company background questions. Like what do you know about this company? What are the products?
There were also character building questions to test your respond to different situations.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at MSD (Singapore) in Mar 2025
Interview
The process is easy, and I had a good interaction with the hiring manager. Straightforward questions that focus on your experience and evaluate whether you will fit into the team.
Interview was a round table, asked various question about my background and education. Questions asked were: familiarity of different equipment and systems. Good to have background in SAP. Hearing back about the position took 2/3 weeks.
