First round with area business manager- ask general questions intro, pharmacology, compitetors, pricing, references and communication skills Second round RBM and ABMs panel- pharmacology, communication skills, reason for joining and leaving previous organisation Third round HR- work ethics questions, criminal history if any, political inclination, gender bias and other opinions Hr salary discussion with third party contractors- documents verification legal formalities etc
