Several rounds of interviews, with the relevant members of the cross-functional team. The questions covered both experience and expertise as well as behaviors. The selection process was long and sometimes unpredictable, new rounds of interviews were added. But overall, a good experience, which gave me the opportunity to better understand the company and the role.
