Applied online. Received an email to undertake a psychometric test. Clearly did well enough, as was put through to the next stage, a filtering call with HR. Then was asked to present with a PowerPoint to the interview panel. Obviously I invested a lot of time to make sure I had researched the company, the competitors, relevant news stories, and worked on the PowerPoint to make sure it spoke to the role. Presented for the one hour interview. I was told by HR on an early stage call, that regardless of the outcome they would provide all candidates with the results of the psychometric test. It's been a month. I have emailed my HR contact for any feedback, and my email has been ignored. I appreciate everyone is busy, but having been asked to spend so much time on presenting myself, easily putting a full day into the test and interview/ presentation, it would have been nice to at least have got some sort of feedback, and I can't understand why they couldn't have treated me with a little bit more respect/ dignity, with even a basic email to feedback, given the level of work they ask of candidates like myself. Would not recommend and very disappointed not to have had that final acknowledgement/ feedback, which would have been helpful during a pandemic when each candidate needs to learn from each stage of their job search, so they can make their way forward with their next opportunity.
