Utterly disrespectful, sarcastic, and toxic panel interview
In my many years of professional career, I have never experienced an interview as horrendous and genuinely torturous as this one. It was not a professional evaluation; it was a hostile interrogation designed to trap and demean the candidate.
The two interviewers had zero professional etiquette. They asked 12 to 13 questions over an hour and literally never allowed me to complete a single full answer. The moment I spoke one sentence, the other interviewer would aggressively drop in, cut me off, and redirect.
Worse than the constant interruptions was the blatant, condescending tone and what felt like clear age and background bias. Instead of focusing on my actual management capabilities, they spent time aggressively nitpicking my educational timeline. They openly used a sarcastic, mocking tone when discussing my background and questioned the format of my studies with absolute malice.
The tone of this interview was unprofessional, sarcastic, and completely lacking in basic human respect. They do not want a dialogue; they want to power-trip and sweat candidates under the guise of an interview. If you value your dignity and mental peace, avoid interviewing with this team. They are a massive red flag for the company's internal culture.
