I had a phone interview with HR about general things, like my past experience, my studies etc, also tested language skills, agreed on a time I would need to go in for an IT test. IT test was 8 pages, very well spread questions from easier to really hard that you can only answer if you do the job on a daily basis. After successful test was called in for another meeting with the manager, he had the same questions pretty much as HR at the beginning, past experience, knowledge, expectations. Then HR gave an offer for wage and then contract. For a multi the whole process was pretty fast took maybe a week.
