Interview
Haphazard schedule with VP, ED, and MD level employees across all business lines. Initial phone screening from HR followed by 3.5 hour on-site visit consisting of 6 interviews. Only two of the interviews posed the relevant technical questions; the others tried to but it was clear the people asking did not truly understand the technical requirements themselves, so there was no point. Questions were not very deep, rather they were more confirmatory regarding items on my resume.
