The interview process starts with HR then with one senior member of the team, then with the immediate manager and lastly, the global lead. The first part is about your personality and background. The interview with a team member and manager involves everything written on your resume.
first went through an interview with human resources, followed by technical assessment delivered via email, then two succeeding technical interviews with one of the team managers and the team executive director. both technical interviews were with folks based in Mumbai office
